Napoleon 2nd 是一款黑白分明的西餅。三層的黑朱古力脆餅上夾著一個個排列得齊齊整整唧成圓鼓鼓球形的奶白色的白朱古力忌廉，並有少許 Bailey's咖啡酒啫喱作配料，最上層則覆蓋以兩片分別以黑朱古力和白朱古力製成的三角形朱古力片，拼成黑白分明的長方形，並以小小的一片金箔作為裝飾，整件西餅在看似簡單的造型中顯出心思
Napoleon 2nd is a black and white chocolate cake . On three black chocolate shortbread sandwiched opt for one arrangement was full squirt milk into a spherical bulging white chocolate cream and a little Bailey's coffee wine jelly as an ingredient. On the top, the cakes were shielded with two pieces of black and white triangular piece of chocolate and with a small piece of gold as decoration, the cakes look elegant and sinful!!
Rouge Coconut 因為餅中有不少水果作為材料，所以顏色最為七彩繽紛
，但味道卻是三款中較為遜色的。這西餅雖然餅身做得不錯，甚為鬆脆，各款水果也鮮明亮麗，賣相討好，但椰子忌廉的味道卻不太出，使這西餅吃來給人有點名不副實的感覺，相比起其餘兩款西餅便沒有那麼好了。
Rouge Coconut - because this cake is made of massive of cake components as nature, so the color of the most diversify, but the taste is a little bit inferior than the previous two cakes . Although these cakes presented with glamorous appearance , very crisp, vivid and bright sections, the coconut cream flavor is not too obvious , so this score the cakes not too high as it seems it does not deserve the name of Rouge Coconut.
Rouge Coconut因為這件蛋糕大多以水果為材料，所以看落比較多元化，多顏色，七彩顏色。 但坦白說，味道就不夠上面幾種入勝！雖然蛋糕有著華麗的造型，並以椰子就主題，可惜的是，整件蛋糕的椰子味不夠濃郁，令到整件蛋糕與它的名字有些少不合－Rouge Coconut。
